Liked: Many thanks to the staff who allowed me to keep my bag after checkout. I had an embassy visit and could not take my things with me.

Disliked: The way the floors are designated ( Reception on the 4th floor and room on the 1st floor)I booked a twin room well in advance and found the same room that even the standard room was cheaper a week before my check in and I had to pay extra for switching from twin to standardAlso it was hot in the room inspite of keeping the windows open

Liked: Located at centre and good parking as well as transportation facilities. Nice stay and good people. Really enjoyed the location. Bus stops are nearby, even walking distance to main places.
Disliked: The day was little hot. Feels like an aircon, or fan would be nice for that weather. The day I got was very warm, and hottest day in 2 years which made little discomfort.

Liked: Silence. But that’s just the general vibe in Germany , complete calm everywhere
Disliked: The room was on the top floor, and the lift only starts from the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up at least 15 steps, which was really tough.Also, the staircase leading to the upper floor of the room was extremely narrow and spiral-shaped, making it very difficult to move around and get through the hotel.

Liked: I enjoyed staff, which is also russian-speaking. Enjoyed location and services
Disliked: My room did not have air conditioner. And what is more disappointing, there was a loud music in the room on the first floor in the opposite side of my room. I thought that people in Germany respect rules but they don't. And nobody cares. I had to go asking being quiet by myself. Nobody did it except me. Nobody called the police.
