Didn't get to stay, waiting...

Liked: Upon arriving I knocked and called for 10 minutes before a worker arrived. Despite paying for my room the hotel system wasnt working and I had to find another place to stay. Still waiting on my refund.
Disliked: Customer support

Really happy.

Liked: Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, and accommodating. We will stay here again. I was worried when I booked it because the price was so low but I was very impressed and happy. No need to pay more.
Disliked: They didn't have breakfast but since there was a fridge and microwave in the room we had a good breakfast of our own so it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent value.

Liked: Acknowledged my floor request and honored it. No oders in the room nor in the office. Clean. Very friendly staff. Outside stairs covered. Priced very reasonable. Easy parking. In room coffee. Instructions in the bathroom how to work the bathtub shower.
Disliked: Didn’t find any usb ports. Could use blackout curtains over the blinds.

Liked: We liked pretty much everything: location was excellent, bed was big and comfortable, pillows too, and the staff was very friendly and kind We'll definitely return.
Disliked: The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, but we had the option to upgrade to a bigger one, we just decided to stay in that one, meaning we had choices. Other than that, we loved it, and we'll definitely be back!
