Liked: This room – or whatever it’s supposed to be – is a complete scam. First of all, it’s located in a problem area where you can hardly feel safe, which is already unacceptable.According to the message we received, we were supposed to get a code to open the door. However, no code was provided in the booking confirmation on Booking.com. When we arrived at the location, I first tried calling the provider – but no one answered.A neighbor who wanted to help us gave us a different phone number than the one listed in the booking confirmation. But even there, we couldn’t reach anyone. There were two options in the call menu, but after 15 seconds, the call was automatically disconnected. Occasionally, someone would briefly pick up, only to hang up immediately.After an hour and a half, we gave up and had to find a new place to stay for the night.And then, they even have the audacity to spam you with multiple review requests while completely ignoring your messages. This just proves that no one actually takes care of this place or guests!

Liked: The room was inhabitable. Flooded , over 4 feet. Located in a flood area. We did not stay 10-11-24. Hurricane Milton flooded all buildings on property

Liked: Nothing like the picture shown on Booking.com dirty smelly the towels had stains on it. The sofa had cigarette burns on it the toilet was only half way built. There was no full toilet walls had holes in it chip paint one of the bed was broken. Very opposite from the pictures.
Disliked: Everything the bed, the toilet, the bathroom, the atmosphere the smell

Disliked: I booked this for my tenant who needed somewhere to stay while his apartment was being remodeled following damage from Hurricane Milton. On his second evening, someone tried to enter his room. He felt very unsafe and therefore left the premises and reported it to me. He would not go back. I immediately tried to contact the premises, to let them know what had happened and ask for a refund, but no-one answered the phone, and the voice mail box was always full. I phoned daily. I reported it to Booking.com and you couldn't get in touch with the facility either and passed the problem back to me. I have since spoken to a lady at university Serenity Suites twice, who promised to get back to me, but never did. My tenant only stayed one night, and I had booked 18. Then they had the audacity to send me an email saying that they hoped I enjoyed my stay!!!!! No-one answers the phones or emails. PLEASE TAKE THIS PLACE OFF YOUR LIST OF PLACES YOU ARE OFFERING TO BOOK ... THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DISGUSTING!
