David, Rainier, visiting Roseland Theater

In general, I wasn't very happy with my stay. Between the breakfast, shower head and the cleaning staff in my room WAY too early it was very disappointing to say the least. If I ever come back to Portland, I will be staying somewhere else!

Disliked: The cleaning staff was in the room cleaning at 9:40 am. I had to ask her to leave - she scared my fiance by just coming in that early. The breakfast was shut down before it was supposed to be. I was there at 5 til and all food was gone already! The shower head was worthless - it didn't even difuse water. It was like not even having a shower head!

A great value and convenient...

Liked: Great location for outpatient OHSU appointments & surgery.
Disliked: A little “tired”- toilet tank needed a jiggle, bathroom door needed paint. Nothing important.

This is always a good...

Liked: Pool was great and the staff are amazing
Disliked: The bathrooms pressure be the toilet or the shower is so bad

Comfy

Liked: Hotel is conveniently located. The Indian and lady staff are very welcoming.
Disliked: A tall gentleman at the reception with huge eyes kept staring at all guests angrily, you should teach the staff some hospitality.Secondly, we found a tampon in our room. So, not cleaned properly

Worth a stay

Liked: Staff at reception were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The pool was fantastic (during the heat wave especially!) and plenty of ice machines around. Breakfast was good, waffles/cereals/toast/bagels etc. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean and soaps provided.
Disliked: If anything, the decor was slightly dated

Once we changed out linen...

Liked: 1 bed was reallly hard the other nice soft and wonderful. Why not have both beds soft and wonderful?
Disliked: Found long black hairs on “CLEAN” towels and short black hairs in bathroom. I have silver hair
