Liked: The room was actually quite nice. It is an old motel that was renovated at some point. The location is close to downtown and convenient to many things in the city.
Disliked: There were tiny ants all over the bathroom sink even though we had no food or anything to attract them.

Liked: The property is very close to downtown and easy to get to. The room was clean and staff was very nice! I was surprised with how modern and clean our room was.

Liked: Check in was quick, staff was attentive and seemed to be monitoring the property and parking lot, which was nice since it was by a public park frequented with homeless sleeping. I was a bit concerned being familiar with the location to that park, but the staff seemed to be monitoring the hotel property.
Disliked: There was some wear and tear to the bathtub, but overall room was clean and maintained.
