Don't stay there!

Disliked: There were dead bugs everywhere; drawings on the walls; stains and burn holes on sheets. It was so gross that we left without staying the night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed here a few times but this is the first cockroach we have encountered.

Liked: The owner (or manager?) was super nice and the fact that it is right across the street from the Senator Theater is a huge plus. I can live with seeing one cockroach for the price. We weren't expecting a five star hotel.
Disliked: A cockroach came running out of the Kleenex box in the bathroom.

Good place for a brief...

Liked: The room was small but adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave but no utensils at all, not even a kind of cup for heating water, just flimsy plastic glasses. It was fine for our overnight in town and I would stay there again.
Disliked: No utensils for the microwave.

Disliked: The room needs a handyman. Faucet is loose to the point we were afraid to use it. Reading lamp with no bulb. Outlets did not work. Weird caulk in the bathroom.

Liked: Nice place, super clean. great value. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The only thing I would say needs improvement was the beds. They were very firm for my taste. But other than that was it was a good night stay

Liked: Not clean, toilet seat broken, tv remote barely worked, pillows were uncomfortable and cheap.
Disliked: Don’t just change the bedding. Add a blanket or comforter to the beds. Clean/ mop the floors in between stays. Floor was filthy. Bad experience at check in. Tweaker was trying get a cash deposit back after paying with a card. Then took forever to find my reservation.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty floor, someone else’s hair in the shower and bathroom, smelt foul. Moldy base boards. I only stayed one night out of the two nights I booked. Let the front clerk man know and he didn’t apologize or even ask me if I wanted a refund.

Liked: Walking distance from the University, stores, restaurants.
Disliked: Tv did not work, was able to get it to work but it turned off after a couple of hours. Pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a stain on the sheets that look like blood.

10/10 don't recommend

Liked: The bed was comfortable but that's about it.
Disliked: It was dirty, the first room we were in smelt of cigarettes so badly that it quite literally smacked you in the face. The second room smelt better but there was dirt everywhere, mold on the shower curtain and left over uhm business in the toilet. We were given a sheet as the blanket and if you used the microwave the lights would flicker. The heater made this insane noise every few minutes in order to keep the room warm enough to sleep in. Overall would not stay here again.
