Liked: Clean
Disliked: Only one elevator running. Other elevator at the end of the hall. Breakfast was disappointing.

Disliked: Doubt the cleaning is properly done- besides worn out carpeting, there was a dirty sock left under the curtains; there was large size splatter of tomato paste on the ceiling; dead bird on a balcony (well, the access to the balcony is restricted by the premise, but still the unpleasant view was there). After that not sure if I could feel comfortable of the cleaniness of the towels...

Horrible Front Desk Staff but...

Liked: Comfortable beds and facilities. Kitchen staff was wonderful!
Disliked: Front Desk Staff was HORRIBLE! I Am a disabled veteran and I asked for help with my luggage - they promised to come right away, but I waited over 45 minutes and NO ONE CAME! I had to struggle in pain to get my luggage downstairs. Their elevators were not working to cart my luggage around, and they had a sign on the elevator door that said to ask staff for kelp, but when I asked for help, NO ONE CAME TO HELP! The facilities were not even busy that day. When I went to the front desk, the front desk person was on their cell phone and looked annoyed when I asked to talk with them. Also, the check-in front desk person was on their cell phone when I checked in and they were ALSO annoyed when I wanted to talk to them - Horrible Front Desk Staff but WONDERFUL Kitchen Staff.
