Horrible Front Desk Staff but...

Liked: Comfortable beds and facilities. Kitchen staff was wonderful!
Disliked: Front Desk Staff was HORRIBLE! I Am a disabled veteran and I asked for help with my luggage - they promised to come right away, but I waited over 45 minutes and NO ONE CAME! I had to struggle in pain to get my luggage downstairs. Their elevators were not working to cart my luggage around, and they had a sign on the elevator door that said to ask staff for kelp, but when I asked for help, NO ONE CAME TO HELP! The facilities were not even busy that day. When I went to the front desk, the front desk person was on their cell phone and looked annoyed when I asked to talk with them. Also, the check-in front desk person was on their cell phone when I checked in and they were ALSO annoyed when I wanted to talk to them - Horrible Front Desk Staff but WONDERFUL Kitchen Staff.

Keep away from this place!

Liked: Lot's of parking.
Disliked: Lousy run down hotel. They should make it a parking lot. Staff is not helpful. Still waiting for a reply for a complain I made.

Avoid at all costs.

Liked: Nothing, this place is bad, dirty. The staff is overworked. Breakfast is awful, they run out of things pretty fast.
Disliked: We had to change rooms because the bed had hairs, and the other room was also not so clean but it was 1 AM and we were tired. I tried to ask for compensation but they denied saying I should have said something the night before.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s...

Disliked: This is the worst place I have ever stayed and Booking. Com has also been terrible! We stayed one of the 3 nights as the sheets in 2 different rooms had huge stains on them. The entire hotel reeks of weed. It was so bad when we had the fan on in the room our eyes were watering. The window screens were broken out. The carpet was filthy and there were stains on the chairs. We checked out after one night and I asked for a refund from Booking. Com sent pictures and everyone and got nothing. I know can’t even find a working phone number for customer service on their sight. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel and use another travel website.
