Liked: The receptionist gave us the disabled room 101. It was perfect for us. And a window was able to be opened a little. A walk in shower with a bench. Copies of the Daily Californian. Good long outdoor ramp.
Disliked: Less expensive. Healthier food for breakfast

Disliked: Cleanliness Needs Major ImprovementUnfortunately, our recent stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped due to cleanliness issues. While the night front desk receptionist was very nice and one of the housekeeping staff members was polite, the overall housekeeping standards need serious improvement.The room carpet had a noticeable odor and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly. Curtains and linens had visible stains, which made the room feel unclean. Housekeeping came by daily, but the basic standards weren’t met.We were first given a room that was not clean, and the second room also had similar issues. We didn’t feel comfortable asking for a third change, especially after being placed in a smoking room, which added to the discomfort.The hotel has potential, and the staff we interacted with were friendly, but management needs to address the cleanliness concerns more seriously. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Overpriced and unsanitary.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Restrooms was clean and organized. The clerk (male) at the check out was polite and seemed interested when I was complaining about the odor in the room.
Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette and marijuana from the minute we walked in and throughout the night. Carpet smelled dirty and like urine in the corner. I was afraid to step off the bed with no shoes. The iron in the room had red electrical tape at the cord. Clerk (young female) seemed uninterested when another guest was complaining during her check out of dirty carpets. She was not very welcoming nor friendly when she was checking us in.

Liked: We rented a king suite and it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and safe. Older building but kept well.
Disliked: Bathroom light and fan are connected and powered by a single switch. I would’ve preferred they be able to be controlled separately, as the fan was loud in the middle of the night. The bathroom itself was very large and spacious. The lighting in the sitting room area of the suite was not very bright and a bit on the dark side. Better lighting is needed.
