The bed was comfortable and...

Liked: I don?t think anything about breakfast, none served. Location was okay. I liked that a shower curtain was replaced but only as we personally asked twice in the office.
Disliked: The carpet was causing a foul smell as it is not being deodorized, and the smell of the shower curtain was lacking a wash as though it was never changed. I had to spray the carpet with febreze.

Liked: I didn?t like anything about the property it had the worst smell and then upon arrival I was told about a 50 dollar REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT the clerk told me he?d slide my card again at check out time he argued me as to why would he have to slide my card if he was refunding me and like I told him that?s what he said to me when I checked in he also told my friends who came on the trip with me the same thing. The door was so raggedy I had to slam it shut every time I closed it because lightly closing it would?ve left the door halfway opened. The workers are rude you speak and they act like they don?t understand English and it?s obvious they do because they?d be speaking in English until they see us. 50 dollars might not be a lot to you all but personal that?s my money I worked hard for it and would like it back it was no damages to the room only thing I did was sleep and shower in that room
Disliked: The smell The property could use an upgrade I didn?t take any photos but the room was left Judy the way it was whenever I walked in besides the bed being messed up from me sleeping in it

Friendly staff but?

Liked: The staff was very friendly. AC is cold. Super duper, you forget how hot it is outside cold. Room is spacious and I didn?t hear my neighbors too much. I didn?t see the roaches on the first night.
Disliked: Roaches crawling around the fridge. German cockroaches are a major pest that needs a solid pest control plan (this means you need to pay real money for a professional to take care of it and maintain it). They don?t just go away on their own and trying to take care of them yourself nearly always makes the situation worse. They have specific biological adaptations that make them such a successful pest. Get a pro, give them 2 months, and replace them if the roaches are not gone in that time. Keep records of what chemicals are used, make sure they don?t use the same pesticide twice and are using a quality IGR. Keep them on contract if they fix it. And make sure they get to every room in the building at least twice a month until the infestation is completely gone. Otherwise you will never get rid of them and they will become resistant to pesticides. It?s what they do. Not as bad as Woodspring Suites was but that isn?t saying much. I seriously don?t get this. It should be a major primary expense in this area of the country and in this industry. After seeing them I cranked the AC to uncomfortably cold and left the light on to sleep hoping that will keep them confined to the fridges motor for heat.Mold on the bed skirting.Another guest starting and riding a motorcycle after midnight. Cool bike but dude, it?s 1AM.After seeing that I used the caffeinated coffee and didn?t use the decaf, they left me another decaf packet and no caffeinated coffee. I am struggling with how this would ever make sense to do. Did I mention I?m visiting from Washington? I don?t need specialty roasters like Stumptown or Manifesto but just know that coffee is important. No weather stripping under the door. There was an inch gap open under the door. You can seriously fix this in a day with stuff from the Home Depot which is within walking distance, and instantly save on electricity since the AC wouldn?t have to compete with the 100 degree San Antonio sunshine.
