Great value for money...would stay...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff; good sized, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: A little difficult to find the motel.

Great!

Liked: All the extra amenities such as microwave and fridge! Staff was super nice! Price was great! Water pressure in shower and hot water great! Bed more comfortable than mine at home!
Disliked: Facilities could use minor updates such as fresh coat of paint, extra pillows in each room, and thicker ply toilet paper but all in all glad we booked here!

You get what you pay...

Liked: Location was good. Parking seem safe.
Disliked: The plumbing was bad in both rooms we were moved to. Toiletries are no good. A/C didn't work. If you like concrete beds this is for you, other than that the beds are very uncomfortable. The lady at the front was nice but the guy was very grumpy the whole time as expected I guess.

I place I will definitely...

Liked: The staff was a delight , and the room was very clean. The facilities are older, but everything was clean. I just came from a top name hotel that was dirty and the staff was unhelpful . University Inn made the other place look bad, plus I saved some money
Disliked: some traffic noise.
