I liked the hotel overall...

Liked: It was clean and had good amenities.
Disliked: Not a lot of breakfast options

I have learned my mistake...

Liked: Sharon was so excellent in helping me and did her best in the situation. She deserved something for all her hard work.
Disliked: The kiosk that is remote from India. I didn’t like J the remote. The breakfast…very lacking. Management failed the employees by not trusting them to do transactions. The breakfast counter was dirty. A young man was thrown in to the job of breakfast with only a week under his belt. It was not his fault. Management needs to physically be at the location. A human being at the desk would the front desk would make checking in a smooth transition. Again it is theOwners fault because of lack of trust in their employees . By the way, j needs to get better head phones because you can’t hear him very well. The whole situation during the stay was a disaster to all of those getting checked in. There is more wrong but it would be an essay if I listed it all. I received a very eerie message from someone also.

Liked: The hotel was a good value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included, but the options were limited. The shower had low water pressure and wasn't warm enough. Also, the room wasn't clean. Overall, it was okay for the price, but some things could be improved.
