Liked: Convenience. Price. Safe.
Disliked: I would suggest to the property manager to increase the frequency of routine appliance/TV checks. Refrigerator freezer compartment was frosted over. Some of the TV channels were not available as they were during past stays.

Outside was dilapidated, but rooms...

Liked: The inside of the room was nice. The pictures were mostly accurate
Disliked: The outside of this hotel was pretty run down. The check-in was actually out of a small travel trailer on site. As I said, the pictures were mostly accurate, but there was other furniture that was run down.

Great bang for buck!

Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of space in the room, updated bathroom was wonderful.
Disliked: Could hear noises from the room above.

Clean, comfortable, and quirky

Liked: The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower very nice. I liked the eclectic, semi-industrial vibe of the decorations. The hotel is located right downtown in Corvallis, close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The room was on the second level and there was no elevator--and my knees were hurting after a long day's travel. Unfortunately, there were no ground level rooms available. The heater worked hard and, as heaters do, came on multiple times in the night, waking me. The reading lights over the bed were both highly decorative, but did not yield enough light to actually read a book.
