Great place, within walking distance...

Liked: The Inn was actually much better than I hoped for. I liked the decor, parking and ease of late check-in. The front desk, Karen, was lovely!
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: It’s been a month and I have not received my deposit

Disliked: Possibly a water or ice machine

Disliked: The shutters are beautiful.. wish they blacked out the room more.

Liked: Upon our arrival we were received by a gorgeus asian woman (!!).. She gentlely took our data and quickly handed us our room Keys. Air and tv was already on When we arrived so that was a plus. This pretty girl had everything under control!!

A memorable property well worth...

Liked: If you like quirky, refurbished motels, the University Inn is for you. The rooms are clean, colorful, and freshly decorated. The TV gets a copious number of channels. The room includes and work desk and coffee maker. The location can't be beat. Mill Ave. restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The room is small, but that is the nature of a motel. I would have liked a comfy chair for sitting, but that is a minor quibble.
