Liked: The size and furnishings in the room were good, staff friendly and breakfast provided. Bed was comfortable and had a couch. Location walking distance to Hayward field was nice.
Disliked: Ants in the room, and hence ants came home with us. When first mentioned, the staff said he would speak to the cleaning staff to address, but didn't want poisons sprayed while we were there and traps would not provide immediate resolution of the issue so said it was ok. The 2nd day when packing up it was clear the ants got into our luggage and when I advised the staff they would have to do something to resolve the issue, the staff questioned why we were not moved to another room the day it was first mentioned. At $250us per night for a motel (supply and demand on a busy weekend) not sure we would return.

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: Bathroom too small and poorly layed out. Tap in bathroom only allowed a trickle of hot water. Room was very noisy, could hear our neighbors and people outside throughout the night. The so called continental breakfast consisted primarily of yogurt, toast coffee and juice.

Liked: Breakfast seemed limited. I found my breakfast. Options what I normally would choose. Husband struggled with his choices.
Disliked: It had been a while since we stayed in a university environment so we had to adjust. We are in our 70’s. The location was close to where we wanted to visit a friend.

Liked: The property was in an ideal spot, directly across from U of O. The space was clean although a bit dated but comfortable except the too cramped bathroom.
Disliked: The tiny bathroom was much too small.

Run down motel in need...

Liked: The location is the highlight of this motel - it's right across the street from the University. The bed was also comfortable, but it's downhill from there.
Disliked: Mismatched decor, teeny bathroom, leaking faucet, screeching and vibrating industrial dryer downstairs and in-room mini fridge that made horrible noises all.night.long. Friendly night staff, invisible day staff.
