Disliked: At this hotel, things magically disappear and no one would give you an answer!We stayed at this hotel during a 4-day trip to Prague, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We checked in on Friday night at around 8-9 pm, everything seemed fine but then on Saturday we left in the morning to do sightseeing and in the evening when we returned we found out that we were missing personal items - including a carton of cigarettes, foreign currency (not local), and a few costume jewelry pieces. Thankfully, we had kept all our valuable items with us.The issue is with how they handled this distressing incident. At first the receptionist was dismissive and insisted she can’t call the manager or any entity. Soon after the manager came running to our door and informed us they will review the security footage and get back to us the same night, 3 hours later she knocked again telling us they have reviewed some of the footage but can’t continue because of system limitations. We were told we will hear again Monday morning. The next day they were extra dismissive and we made sure to take all of our valuables including my laptop. Also we took pictures of the room to make sure no one would get in. On Monday they told us the security footage was reviewed but they can’t provide an answer yet! On Monday night we went back and the receptionist was stumbling and told us we’d have to wait until the morning. On Tuesday Morning there was a whole other story that they informed the police but they had no complaint number or any information!Despite our efforts and patience, no one ever contacted us again until we did again on booking.It felt like the situation was being delayed intentionally, especially knowing that we were scheduled to leave on Tuesday morning. They also stated that only I had access to the room, aside from staff with a master key — raising more questions than answers.

Liked: The huge windows are nice. Bathroom is clean. There is a mini fridge and a nice TV in the room.
Disliked: - I stayed here during a busy weekend in Prague, and the price per night was really expensive (more than 100 euros per night). Given the amenities and the room condition, it is not value for money as it is also very far from the city center. - The hotel did not provide anything except the room. I asked through a message before going there if there were toiletries in the room, and they said yes; however, there was no soap/shampoo when I checked in. - the cover of the sofa/couch seems to be dirty
