I have a good time here. Close to everything I need.

Liked: The staff is good. Bed cover is warm. Refrigerator is gud. Microwave in room.
Disliked: The room heater doesn't stay warm. The cold water didn't work. Not enough towels and telephone didn't work. Head board uncomfortable

Mouse Trap

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: There was a mouse running around my room, they switched me to another room which had roaches. They gave me $26.00 back from $143.00 , they hotel also has a partnership with a homeless shelter. So it's a homeless shelter as well, the rooms are not the cleanist, staff is rude. Overall bad experience, will never, never recommend or stay there ever again.

Disliked: It was uninhabitable! Building looked like a crack den, the facade was filthy and people came in and out without masks on. A man was drinking in the lobby, and another man was twitching and dancing outside the front door, visibly intoxicated. I demand a refund immediately.

I wish I had booked somewhere else

Liked: The staff member that checked us in was friendly
Disliked: The wifi didn't work, the whole place smelled of smoke, there were live cockroaches in the dresser drawer, the tv malfunctioned, the smoke detector was hanging off of the wall, the TV in the lobby was so loud I could barely hear the staff, no one was wearing masks... It was... Not the most comfortable stay.

Never got room!

Liked: My wife was unable to get room because l forgot to verify email, therefore she was unable to get prepaid room while I was in surgery.
Disliked: Money for room is pending in my checking account, please release it. Thanks !

Very poor

Liked: The clerk at the front desk was friendly. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator.
Disliked: Change for the vending machines. Outlets behind the furniture. Noisy.
