Liked: The room was lovely & cool on a really hot day.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the room wasn’t as big as the one I had last time I stayed when I also booked a park view.

Fabulous stay in the heart...

Liked: Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning which was a bonus. Hotel was lovely and clean - and smelt delightful! Room was more spacious than expected based on reviews. Beds were extremely comfortable, fantastic air conditioning, very quiet rooms and large bathroom.
Disliked: There were few negatives - I did feel it was a little pricey and some of the staff on reception and in the bar could have been more welcoming. The bar table service was particularly poor as the waiter barely seemed to listen and we felt rushed.

Beautiful hotel in the city...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cambridge within easy walking distance of everywhere. The rooms are beautiful, beds super comfy and a really great high pressure shower with lovely products.
Disliked: We loved it all
