A delightful hotel with friendly...

Liked: The interior is beautiful and well maintained, the location was perfect for getting around town.
Disliked: I can’t actually think of anything. Maybe more services on the to for streaming video from your phone? But that’s a tiny niggle and not necessarily about the property :)

Excellent stay

Liked: Location is central and room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. we also liked the Easter theme outside the front.
Disliked: We didn’t like that they took £75 off our card on arrival.

We stayed 1 night for...

Liked: Our room looked very tired, marks on the carpet and walls. We had a funny smell to our room like cheesey feet. But the room itself was lovely and over looked the park. And they kindly gave us a upgrade.
Disliked: Hotel itself looks tired.

A great location but mattress...

Liked: A great location and good facilities. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we were very disappointed to see they take a £75 holding fee to use the car park before refunding you the rest but not instantly, it can take up to 5 days! They should just charge the £40 fee for parking. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming, just a few minor tweaks would have helped!
