Convenient to Universal parks with...

Liked: The theming is gorgeous, the rooms are very nice, the amenities are convenient and the location cannot be beat! The staff is also very helpful. I love the texting feature for questions. We loved the fast pass inclusion for the Universal parks and the early park admission. The best part is being able to leave the parks for an afternoon pool cost and rest before going back. The food options are also great - we love Jakes Pub!
Disliked: I didn’t see a water slide at the pool and that would be nice.

Disliked: For $570 a night I’d prefer sheets that did not have stains on them. Besides that, very nice

Expensive, and not not special...

Liked: We liked the proximity to Universal, the staff were generally lovely. There was a smooth check in in, smooth check out. The rooms were ‘ok’ for the exorbitant price.
Disliked: So, having paid $550 for ONE night, we didn’t expect to have to pay EXTRA for overnight parking (expensive), the bottle of water in our room (seriously..?!), no breakfast, extra for watching a film. Basically it was super expensive and no better, in fact worse, than the $150 hotel we stayed in the night before which was a mile away. Honestly, don’t do it unless you really have to.

Liked: The scent of the hotel was very nice. All staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Buffet breakfast was great.
Disliked: Thought that the prices at the tuk tuk shop were very overpriced.

Disliked: Very expensive for food and drinks. The tut tut shop prices are ridiculous. $5 for one cereal bar is outrageous

Great Universal Premier Hotel close...

Liked: Accessibility to the parks. Universal express with the stay was an additional bonus. The style and design of the hotel was exceptional. Staff in the Hotel were attentive and pleasant. From the checking in staff, luggage services and ticketing service all within the lobby area. Rooms spacious and clean and tidy. Great stay for a short visit to upgrade universal tickets but to stay in a piece of luxury very close by.
Disliked: We did check in early. But we were told we would be contacted when our room would be ready by text. After handing over our information and being sent the first message to confirm the correct information we were not contacted. After making our way back to the lobby to ask after 5pm we did receive an apology about this mistake. We understand this is a very small issue. However, it meant we didn't get access until later in the day as we thought the room wasn't ready. I will add that this wasn't detrimental to our stay. We were in the position to change plans, but just for future reference.
