Expensive location

Liked: The location and the fact that the rooms come with all day express passes to universal attractions.
Disliked: Too expensive. Not worth it. Also, the halls were dirty with food spilled in some areas.

Liked: Express pass and water taxi to universal. Pool and DJ were awesome. Fun interaction for all.

Disliked: It was not clean enough and rooms need renovation.

Liked: Had a perfect stay at Hard Rock. Firstly the smell as you enter is amazing . The welcome and help we received in upgrading to Annual Passes was exceptional. We made good use of the 2 day express passes This made our experience even more enjoyable.
