Liked: Loved the suite rooms with mini fridge, gave our family space. Lovely food at reasonable price & great pool. Felt very safe there. Great location.

Convenient for Universal and nice...

Liked: The bus into Universal and the good sized room and pool with a lifeguard plus a bar. The surf styling was bright and uplifting and there is a Starbucks on site

Liked: Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, if you are going to the parks the buses etc are really convenient. The rooms can be a little noisy but it was short lived. The staff are lovely at this place and nothing was too much trouble. Swimming pool was great too
Disliked: Price of the food was a little steep but you kind of expect it around the parks!
