This is a hotel we...

Liked: Cleanliness, quality of service with staff and extras like early park access and shuttle to the park included. All of that for the price is wonderful
Disliked: The only problem I had was that I was not able to get through on the phone to order a pizza to the room. But we did pick up by ordering online and it was fine

Clean, friendly and spacious. Perfect...

Liked: Clean, friendly and spacious. Rooms cater for those families with 3 kids. It was great to have our own bedroom encapsulated within the hotel room, it felt like a Universal adventure, sharing the day with our kids. Shuttle buses were a piece of cake. Definitely didn’t need a car. Ubers were cheap and plentiful. Great view of the lake and pool. Can’t fault it.
Disliked: The cost of the food and drink but then we were expecting this. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken for the 7 days we were there. That’s literally it. Everything else was perfect.
