Relaxing and fun in one...

Liked: Absolutely everything! From check-in to food service, housekeeping, guest services, shuttle bus, Universal parks was amazing! We have been coming here for 6 years straight!

Perfect Universal trip!!

Liked: Easy to navigate. Buses to take you and fromthe the parks. Everything you need in lobby of hotel!!(Food, Starbucks, shopping)
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect, reasonably priced hotel for...

Liked: Great apartment. Nice to have pools on site for when you just wanted to relax. Efficient shuttles to the Universal parks.
Disliked: Food menu didn’t have much variation.

Fantastic stay, great value!

Liked: Alex at the front desk took excellent care of us, provided great information and made our stay very enjoyable by guiding us to all we needed to know. He checked in with us throughout our stay and went above and beyond. So grateful for his help and kindness. He was able to get us into our room early as it was ready which was a nice surprise!The suite was very comfortable and met our needs for space and keeping us all together. The shuttle to/ from CityWalk and the Parks made our stay so much easier. Loved the pool, the sand beach and being able to utilize the facilities outside of our check out time. It made for a much less stressful coming and going. Having the extra hour at the park was a huge plus and definitely worth the value. Also, really appreciative of the laundry facilities! Thank you!
Disliked: Our room was a long way down the hall without stairs or an elevator on the far end. It wasn't bad just not as pleasant to make a long walk at the end of a long day. Sometimes the smell from the smokers section could be smelled in the lobby when the doors were kept open or many people coming and going, which was unpleasant.

Disliked: No microwave in the room and bathroom doors slammed, cabinets slammed and did not have buffers to lessen noise. Same food options ever night.
