Very nice resort with many different things to do. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great food options. Only downside with our stay was the parking. Electronic gates were not working using room key and cars were getting backed up trying to come in and out of the resort. Also I was charged twice for a daily parking pass.

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking.

Great for the family and...

Liked: Great amenities, pool and lazy river. Great location. Clean, good food and friendly staff.
Disliked: Ran out of soap and toilet paper, there was a little delay in getting these items resupplied. Housekeeping didn’t adequately resupply these when they cleaned our room.

Disappointed

Liked: My actual hotel room was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: The common areas had a lot of deferred maintenance. Chipped paint, stained carpets, peeling facades. The pool area had broken chairs and sticky surfaces. Overall, I did not feel it was not worth the price. Disney's All-Star Resorts are MUCH cleaner and better maintained.
