Very nice resort with many different things to do. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great food options. Only downside with our stay was the parking. Electronic gates were not working using room key and cars were getting backed up trying to come in and out of the resort. Also I was charged twice for a daily parking pass.
Liked: Very clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking.

It was full circle bliss...
Liked: This was my 3rd time here, it was becoming my place in Orlando. I went with my family first, then my spouse, and this last 3rd time was the most special because I took my 16 month old daughter. I like that I was able to bring her here were I had made memories already.
Disliked: I didn’t like the lack of attention to detail from the front desk. I’ve been in the indrustry for 20 + years, I know things don’t always go the right way. What I do know is that the show must go on, and everyone experience, matters. I pre checked in at 10 am, I didn’t get my room until 2:50 pm, and only because I approached the front desk again, thinking I didn’t give my number correctly. One I got to the front desk, the same girl that checked me in, had no idea where all the paperwork she made me filled was, we had to do it all over again, the lack of attention was upsetting. I was giving the wrong information about the payment, I told her if it’s just a hold you can use this card, but I ended up getting charged the rest of the room. Which is fine if she would od told me prior, my card declined as I explained to her I just got out of a plane from South America, I need to move money around, I would like to do that in my room, she assured me no you won’t have to pay until Friday, the embarrassment of declining, a crying baby, I mean just no empathy. You don’t have to understand but you have to respect and remember our job is to accommodate guest to our best standards, this time around I didn’t feel that. I ended up spending 100 dollars for e bathing suit just so we could enjoy the pool while we waited, because our luggage was in the car allll this time. Communication is key, showing up for our guest that spend thousands and sacrifice when choosing you guys, should be acknowledged and appreciated.

Disliked: The first hour our room flooded got moved to a different room on a different floor. 3 days later our new floor hallway flooded leaving the hall way smelling of wet plaster and wet carpet.
