Very nice resort with many different things to do. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great food options. Only downside with our stay was the parking. Electronic gates were not working using room key and cars were getting backed up trying to come in and out of the resort. Also I was charged twice for a daily parking pass.

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking.

Overall, my family and I...

Liked: Close to the theme parks and shopping outlets.
Disliked: I was given a room far away from the main building. Long walk to get to their main building and back.

Liked: The volcano view from the bedroom was incredible!! Walked right out the hotel straight into volcano bay. So cool!
Disliked: Felt like it wasn’t the cleanest in the bedroom. Lamp shade had residue all down it, found blood on sheets.

Nice retro theme and excellent...

Liked: Excellent for walking to Volcano Bay and excellent shuttle service to Universal Parks. Liked the retro theming and music.
Disliked: Although it's seen as a value resort it's still more expensive than a good apartment with kitchen and free parking.
