Exceptional

Can Be Better, But Not...

Liked: I think the location is great. We stayed for about 20 days, room cleaning was every other day. There are washing machine so it make our stay easier. I definitely enjoy having the Starbucks at the lobby. Breakfast was serve in a fast-food style, self- severe. If you wanted services or all you can eat breakfast, you will need to walk over to Sapphire Fall and have it at their cookhouse. The bar in the lobby served very yummy cocktail and the bartender was really nice and friendly.
Disliked: When we first check-in, the receptionists were rude. They couldn't find our reservation even after we showed them our confirmation. They were suggesting we didn't book here and may be it was a different hotel. After roughly around 45mins they finally checked us in, but since we booked two rooms they were now unable to make that into a single payment which my card flagged the second transaction. It was really tiring after we traveled almost 30hours. You would hope that the check-in would be smooth but that was not the case. The receptionist also failed to mentioned that we are allow to use other resorts amenities or use the water taxi across from their hotel to get to City Walk. We only found out after we spoke to a lifeguard cause their hot tub was broken down and we were sent to Sapphire Fall to use their hot tub there. Beds and pillows are too soft and have no support. Pool was not heated,There were no water bottle provided in the room, each level has ice-machine and vending machines.

Liked: Room 959 excellent room view we had a variety of breakfasts each day.
Disliked: Pool was a little disappointing

Amazing family holiday.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and tidy.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like about the property however overall our stay was amazing

Liked: Great location, very modern, wonderful staff.
Disliked: The room was overlooking the a/c units and was very nosey.

Nice hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel. The grounds were nice and well maintained. There were games right by the pool. The room was comfortable, clean, and the view was amazing.
Disliked: The jacuzzi was not hot at all.
