NOT BAD BUT WASN'T A...
Liked: IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE LOOKING
Disliked: THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE POOL OPEN NOR THE KITCHEN. OUR MAIN REASON FOR THIS HOTEL WAS FOOD ON SITE AND SWIMMING. WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL EVERYTHING WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE. HOW EVER IT WAS ALL CLOSED SO I WAS UPSET THAT THEY DIDN'T SHARE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE MY NON-REFUND WAS EXPIRED. ***WHEN PEOPLE DRIVE 3+ HOURS AND LOOK FOR EVERYTHING IN 1 PLACE AND ARRIVE JUST TO BE TOLD NOTHING IS WORKING OR UNDER REPAIR**** THEY COULD AT LEAST UPDATE WEBSITE EMAIL CUSTOMERS SO THEY CAN CHOOSE TO STAY OR NOT.... I FELT STUCK BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET A REFUND***

Liked: It was convenient to Eastern Illinois University, a good price and the bed was clean & comfortable.
Disliked: Not the cleanest in the bathroom area and half the lamps/lights did not work - we just dealt with it for one night.

Disliked: I paid for 3 days and only stayed 1 day....I was told I'd be reimbursed for the 2 unused rooms.It's been over 3 weeks and still nothing!!!

Great location to Eastern Illinois...
Liked: Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Opened banquet room for our group to play cards.
Disliked: Broken blind in room--sun came through breaks. Breakfast was bagel, english muffins and caffeine coffee-kitchen under construction.

It’s nice for the overnight...
Liked: It was quiet and had a nice area for guests outside if one stays long enough to use it. And a pool outside when in season
Disliked: There was basically no staff. Even with only a 8pm check in. The restaurant is shut down and there’s nothing indicating that on the booking site. It has been for at least over a year. It was the main reason we booked there. So that was a huge let down. The walls are thin but luckily most were quiet anyway.
