Much improved with my last...

Liked: The room appeared to have been recently refurbished with new carpets ,shower and furniture which was welcome,overall appearance of the hotel seemed a lot cleaner compared with my last visit.
Disliked: Minor Gripe with the Tv remote not working.

Liked: nothing really . the country does not really need it .
Disliked: very unhelpful evening/night stuff. her answer to everything was just “no” . she did not even try to help. The breakfast was starting at 8 but because of new chef were not serving before 8:30 so we paid for breakfast that we never had as we had to leave by 8. carpets filthy and dirty. broken wardrobe. a damp that they charge 125 pounds . disgusting. with 125 pounds per night a have a luxurious room with pool in Santorini.

Liked: We have stayed at the Union at least 6 times now and always been satisfied with the the service and staff. Always feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble. We love that each of the rooms we have stayed in have art works by different artists.

Lovely hotel very nice room...

Liked: Its a very nice hotel and the room i had was great with nice view of st michaels mount
