Liked: Great location, very clean.
Disliked: We were on a corner room so the noise from the street and bars was very loud.

Liked: This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location on the main street, close to the bay. Rooms are nice size, clean, have old, antique furniture, and very pleasant. It has a nice restaurant.
Disliked: Because this is old hotel, some things may not work perfectly. But if there is anything, it is really minor.

Liked: Location is great in the heart of "downtown" Benicia. Staff was friendly when you asked for additional items. It was quiet on the back side of the building. Great views.
Disliked: Shower didn't have much water pressure. There is no housekeeping during your stay but there is an envelope in the room for tipping housekeeping- I thought that was strange.
