Liked: The lodge is embedded in the woods. Was hoping for a very lush view out the window. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Lots of big groups there in matching tee shirts. Did have nice breakfast at lodge in the morning.
Disliked: Our view was ground floor parking deck. Tried to get dinner on site but ‘system was down’ and not serving. Drove into Helen hubbub instead. Walked around the lodge buildings, but not much of a view as it is walled in (maybe for safety because bears are indigenous to the area). Was just an okay stay.

Liked: Very clean. Just used to a desk for my laptop. I made everything work. After a tunderstorm the ice maker and the wifi had to be reset. Reported it to the office and both were up and running within two hours. The food was excellent and the staff was very freindly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
