Superb

Unusual stay.

Liked: Nice suburb close to Kelowna.
Disliked: Hard to rate this stay. We definitely felt we were in someone’s peculiar home. Like being at grandmas house. Although others raved about the breakfast, it wasn’t to our taste. We didn’t feel comfortable using the pool/ outdoor space as it was shared with the family.

Liked: The host was very kind, welcoming, and made the most delicious breakfasts! The two dogs were very sweet! The house is incredibly beautiful with decor that reminds me of the finest art museums. The memory foam bed was super comfortable and we also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Highly recommended. A great stay...

Liked: The breakfast, cleanliness of the room and property and helpfulness of the owner. And of course, the beautiful dog! And of course, the breakfast. Incredible creations by our host.

Exceptional

Good, but not quite what...

Liked: The breakfast was very good - the best French toast I've ever had! The pool area is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good. The owner and her son-in-law looked after us very well under difficult circumstances (Kelowna being shut down thanks to forest fires)
Disliked: The accommodation was not as private as I would have liked. The information on booking.com says "private bathroom" and "all units come with a seating area". It's not clear that the bathroom is not en-suite, and the seating area is shared with the owner's daughter and her family - including young daughter and dog (albeit a very cute dog). Breakfast was eaten at the family's dining table.

A hidden gem with European...

Liked: Hostess exceptional! The house was full of European art. The pool was great where we relaxed. We stored our bikes in the garage. Our room was well kept, organized, comfortable & clean.
Disliked: Nothing!
