On the whole it is...

Liked: Hotel very near to everything/ clean areas / first class breakfast / friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Room facing wall when I specified room with view/ no kettle or tea in room / not enough light in ceiling centre / hard mattresses / lifts too small

Liked: The best hotel, in the best location with the best staff you can find in the city.Great food, great service, amazing location (about 10 minutes walk from Duomo), less than a minute walk to the nearest Metro station.Next time in Milan will be there again!
