Good

Liked: Breakfast was perfect, there was plenty of fruit, real european breakfast. All fresh and clean. Location was great - 20 min by walk to city center. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Parking was also a bonus.
Disliked: Small room, air condition was very bad, bathroom must be much more clean and the room too. We were on the 3th floor, maybe other floor's are better.

Well located, clean and good...

Liked: Friendly staff, parking, EV charging, pet friendly, good breakfast.
Disliked: Not so comfortable beds.

Liked: The location of the hotel is nice, has a good parking area with an extra cost, breakfast was good.
Disliked: the hotel room was extremely dark and not comfartable. accept for the room comfort hotel was good.

Superb

Liked: a very good location - 15 mins walk from the Ponte vecchio. It's in a very calm part of the city, but still a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe a little bit old but in a very good condition!!! The staff is very friendly and responsible! Definitely will back here!
Disliked: I think others would like to improve breakfast but for me it's not important! Everything is very good! Thank you!!!

Very good

Liked: Interesting hotel. For 2 days of incident with a small budget for me it was an ideal option. The staff is responsive, understood my terrible English, breakfasts are delicious - lots of everything. The area is quiet, 20 minutes from the historical center.
Disliked: Such a stylish designer interior, but which is already falling into disrepair, furniture is deteriorating over time, plumbing creaks. I would like to wish you - updates over time!
