Liked: Excellent hôtel, very clean. Staff was very helpful Rooms comfortable and large. Very good connection to visit city center.
Disliked: For a 4-star hotel, I find that some items are missing in the rooms, such as coffee, an iron, slippers, or shoe brushes. The TV remote control is also very complicated to use.

Liked: The location is amazing, right in front of an Esselunga supermarket and close to Milan center, the room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very nice and informative.
Disliked: Personally, nitpicking, the bed is a little too small, kinda uncomfortable and the windows are too bright in the morning, so I did not sleep very well.
