Liked: Service, attention to detail, accodating customer requests. Very satisfied.
Disliked: No complains. They should have green or red colour coding for veg item identification for breakfast .

Liked: It was acceptable, the staff was polite, the location and parking were excellent! It is worth for short trips.
Disliked: Lack of air in the rooms. The window allowed us to open it just a little bit. Our room was noisy simply because under the window there was a market organised.

Liked: bed was good, breakfast was delicious many options. the hotel was pretty and big. near to a metro station
Disliked: the lockbox didn’t work properly and we had to ask for help each time we wanted to open it

Nice hotel with good breakfast
Liked: Nice hotel with own parking plots, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We could leave our car in the hotel parking lot for a few hours after check out while we walked around the old town.
Disliked: There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast room, with a long queue. Noise from the street echoed into the room at night.

Liked: The location is very good, very near to the metro station, there is a supermarket in front of the hotel if you need anything. The breakfast is amazing, not a word to say about that.
Disliked: The receptionist's cold demeanor left us upset from the start. Despite our polite greeting, they didn't respond, seemingly judging us based on appearance. During check-in, the receptionist and his colleague barely acknowledged us and weren't friendly. Later, we found reviews online mentioning similar treatment.Upon reaching our room, problems emerged. The air conditioning was noisy, and when we reported it, the response lacked friendliness. Eventually, we learned the hotel lacked functioning AC due to city regulations, forcing us to endure uncomfortable heat with open windows. This was particularly challenging due to street noise.We were told the AC would start working after our checkout, but it briefly functioned the day before. This led us to suspect our room's AC was intentionally broken, with the hotel falsely claiming it was due to regulations.Furthermore, the staff's demeanor was consistently unfriendly, with no smiles or warmth. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with missing tiles and damaged ceiling lining. The room lacked adequate plugs and general lighting, falling short of expectations for a 4-star hotel.In conclusion, the hotel's shortcomings, including unwelcoming staff, faulty amenities, and poor maintenance, made our stay unpleasant and not worth the price.
