Superb

Liked: The hotel room and hotel are clean and convenient, and it is near the metro station and the grocery store. Everything was great. Starting from the very professional and helpful reception (special mention to Federico & Aurora)

Exceptional

Liked: An excellent hotel. The stuff are very helpful and polite. The hotel upgraded our room for free. It's close to a metro stop and just 20 min.away from the centre. There's a supermarket and some nice restaurants around. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Good breakfast. Room was nice overall although the bathroom does look a bit outdated.

Liked: Great hotel, clean, excellent breakfast buffet. Great location, easy access to metro and all sightseeing points in Milan. Decent-sized room, nice balcony. Bonus points for the awesome supermarket in front of the hotel.
Disliked: The walls seemed a bit thin, we could hear other guests talking on the phone from our room.

Definitely recommend staying here if...

Liked: Federico in reception was a very welcoming gentleman and made the stay here even more enjoyable that it already was. The room was perfect and in a great location, close to the metro and tram lines.
