Best location from train station

Liked: Only 1 min walking from Bologna train station and access is good. Room with open view is clean and practical. It was hot day but thanks to air conditioner room has been kept cool. Breakfast has many varieties (Include some gluten free products) and If you want, you can eat at lovely terrace.
Disliked: On the wall of upper bed, Arabic(?) sentence is written as a design. It would be better if we could see Italian words because we are travelling in Italy.

Great city, nice hotel

Liked: Close to station and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town
Disliked: Beds were a bit hard and only one pillow each. We had no proper seats to sit in only the bed or a desk chair
