Liked: It was near the railway station. Large room with king size bed. You have a bath, not just a shower. Snacks and drinks were provided for extra charge. Many options during the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and happy to help with luggage storage after we checked out.

Liked: Me and friend had an absolutely wonderful stay at UNA Hotels Bologna! Staff was very warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Reached out to them for several times with different requests and each time it was satisfied and proceeded accordingly. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. Everything you'll need is already in the room and the extra needs will be provided by staff upon your request fast. The breakfast buffet was another highlight — a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect too, with easy access to both the train station and the city center, making it a great base for exploring Bologna.Everything about my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend UNA Hotels Bologna to anyone visiting the city — I can't wait to return!

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - we checked well on time, the staff were polite and informative as much as possible, all services were well organized and happened easily. The breakfast was really rich, as initially stated in the description of the hotel, while the servicing staff were prompt and professional The location of the hotel well met our expectations: we were really very happy to be in Bologna during this period of the year, happily surprised by the very nice weather and polite people.Big thanks to the receptionists of the hotel and the servicing staff at our morning breakfasts, especially Rakifa who we saw often and who served us with smile, promptness and professionalism.For sure, I will recommend the hotel and services it provides to guests to my friends and/or colleagues.THANK YOU!

Liked: Good breakfast, included in the price. Many different pastries, cheeses, fruits. Absolutely georgeous service and room. Best hotel in Italy! Location of hotel is perfect.
