Excellent place in a great...

Liked: A stylish oasis of calm hidden away in vibrant part of the city, which blends the history of the building with modern comforts really effectively. The pool is a fantastic bonus and a great place to cool off. Aircon in the room also appreciated to stay cool without letting noise or bugs in.

Best place I’ve stayed at

Liked: We had such a wonderful time at In Mas en Ville B&B! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming — truly lovely people who made us feel right at home. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a huge hit and kept them entertained for hours.The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. It’s also in a fantastic location — close to everything, yet it still feels like a little hidden gem.

Un Mas en Ville -...

Liked: Perfect accommodation for the 4 of us, very traditionally decorated and was very comfortable. The pool was just what we needed after a day exploring, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The host communicated well and sent us messages to confirm our arrival time, and he was there to greet us when we arrived. We were on the top floor overlooking the pool, there was no noise in the evening which meant we had a good night's sleep and the air-conditioning worked well. The spiral staircase is very quaint and traditional, not an issue for us as we travel light. The old port was only a 15 min walk away, would recommend avoiding the restaurants on the sea front as the quality isn't great, but we found some lovely places to eat just behind. The walk to Notre dame is challenging so best to be done in the morning when it's not too hot, there's a great place for some ice-cream when you get there!
Disliked: Walking through some of the streets back to the accommodation felt a little unsafe, but if you keep to the main streets that are well lit it's fine.

If you are tired of...

Liked: This place is a hidden gem. Not anything like a usual hotel. This is a hidden oasis. Quaint, comfortable and a cool pool to help revive you after a day walking around Marseille in the heat. The bed was comfy as well! I appreciated the coffee machine and the tea bags in the breakfast area. Walking to the train station was easy.

Liked: Very comfortable accommodation. The plunge pool was fab, a wonderful place to relax after a busy day exploring Marseille.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit limited. It would have been nice to have a proper continental breakfast with local ham cheese and some fruit.

Family of 4 would definitely...

Liked: Fabulous location. Comfortable beds and a refreshing pool!
