Beatutiful hotel which is ruined...

Liked: The hotel and location are wonderful however the staff made this a disappointing stay.
Disliked: The staff. I speak French and tried to communicate with both the staff and the owner about being able to stay put in the hotel while we waited to travel to the airport as I was traveling with two young children and my elderly mother. Our understanding was that this was ok, but the owner yelled at my mother and the children and kicked them out on the street at noon in 37 degrees heat. Completely rude and unacceptable.

What an absolutely lovely stay...

Liked: We absolutely loved the property with its old style feel & atmosphere. The bedroom, bathroom & public areas of the property, in particular the courtyard, pool & jacuzzi were all really nicely decorated & it all felt authentic & very tasteful.
Disliked: We found the bed a little uncomfortable.
