Anniversary Break

Liked: Fabulous hotel. Very central in beautiful Madrid.We had a fantastic experience. We were staying to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We got an upgrade to a suite which was absolutely beautiful. The 2 welcome drinks were had on the rooftop bar. Such a relaxing place. And the anniversary gift of a dessert and cava were very much appreciated, and absolutely delicious. Breakfast in the hotel was delicious and the live music was beautiful. Massive shout out to Chrissy (I hope that's right) in reception and Eduardo in guest relations.. Thank you both for your kindness. We will definitely return.

Liked: Amazing hotel, will happily stay there again
Disliked: Was told by the bar staff on the roof that the pool was for staff only, bit weird, but was way to tired to argue.
