Superb

Liked: Location. I had a room in the back with a balcony was absolutely silent during the night
Disliked: The room had a big balcony as advertised but there was no view. Only a high wall with a pool above. I think due to the balcony size the room had to sacrifice space.

Really nice... 99%, but 1%...

Liked: All staff fantastic execpt for one (male) receptionist at breakfast.Nice location. Staff goes extra lengt to deliver good service exept for one person. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Very rude receptionist (male) at breakfast on the 4th day of 6, we were not allowed to enter breakfast, tho everything was payed for in advaneced. The person told us to come back with our booking conformation and was not ready to confirm it with hotel management/reception if there was a mistake (as it turned out to be), it was standard operation procedure he told us.The day was totally ruined and anxiity for (breakfast) the day after took over. Never have i had such bad attitude in any hotel stay. That said, all other staff were extreamly nice and helpfull,.
