Great position to see everything...

Liked: An interesting hotel, really close to all the city has to offer. Friendly helpful staff.

Liked: Super friendly staff! Very clean too.
Disliked: I was given a single bed when it was noted as twin bed. Nowhere for taxi to stop in front of venue and confusing address.

Very good

Liked: Wonderful staff everyone we dealt with was very helpful.
Disliked: Our room was so so small, barely enough room for a bed and very little storage space. Had a nice balcony but again that was tiny.

Friendly hotel in great area...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly placed in the central Madrid area of Sol with great transport links and close to all the sights.The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet and a good breakfast was included. There are fabulous restaurants and bars close by.
Disliked: Everything was lovely.

Super clean, very friendly staff,nice...

Liked: Very good localization 100m from Plaza Major , taxi is not coming to the hotel as this is pedestrian area
Disliked: Room is relively small
