Disliked: I was charged twice due to the front desk sliding my card twice and was told to reach out to booking then they will refund me I did everything and they never did. Lost $300

Liked: It was close to some convince store that closed at 3AM, which was convenient.
Disliked: Everything else. They boast about having sound proof rooms. That's a lie. We were in a smoke free section, the neighbors where smoking. The room was dirty. We had to be switched to another room and had the same issues. Our sheets where burned, the little tub in the room was burned. The pipes made noise literally every 30 seconds all night. The bathroom light flickered and wouldn't stay on continually. We asked for a partial refund because at this point services were not rendered as they should have been and weve been in 2 different rooms it was at that point 3AM and we had to sleep and they told us no. The pictures for the room we got vs what was shown, not the same. Be wary because they rent rooms by the hour so, take that with a grain of salt.
