Decent rooms but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The rooms are comfortable and modern, rooftop restaurant serves excellent dinner. Tiny but probably best equipped hotel gym I’ve been in.
Disliked: The room we stayed in didn’t have any windows that could be looked out of. Both windows were tinted and couldn’t open. Makes the otherwise luxurious room feel like a bunker. The breakfast which we had as a free amenity from Hilton Gold status was of an embarrassingly low standard. It consisted of a very dry/stale pastry and 6 pieces of fruit with a tiny yogurt cup. Anything else was with extra charge. A hotel at this Price point should really do better.

Comfortable, stylish, cosy!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, with great design. Super comfortable beds, bathrooms with great products and showers. Also, a fantastic rooftop with pool.
Disliked: The location was not idea for exploring the more fun and vibrant areas of CMDX, which meant we had to spend time taking taxis to get to fun bars, restaurants, and neighbourhoods.

Liked: Good staff and quick service; nice location in the downtown area. The in house coffee / juice / snack place was really good- great food options and good quality coupled with efficient service.
Disliked: The property had a bit of desolate look about it - maybe it was the lighting.

Liked: Clean, bright, modern rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: Big heavy doors on all the rooms meant it was very noisy at night..lots of slamming and banging which was quite creepy
