Liked: We cooked our own breakfast, the ocean view was magnificent. It was just the right apartment for us.Everything was so close and walking distance to shops, beach, transport. It's was a very enjoyable weekend with my family. We will surely come to stay there on our next trip.
Disliked: I liked everything about this apartment.

Liked: Outlook was amazing as was location
Disliked: 40 year old decor. Price per night was high end but felt like decor was from the 80s. A refurb would make it a stand out as the things like outlook can’t be changed and are great. Change the style and upgrade the decor and it would be a stand out.

Location great but room was...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was dated with paint missing in places. Needs to be refurnished. Room was not cleaned properly. We found old socks under couch as well as lots of dirt/old food. Empty deodorant cans under beds. Very untidy, quite disgusting.

Staying at Ultra during Cyclone...

Liked: We arrived at the apartment just as Cyclone Albert started to head directly towards us. We were so glad that we were in this apartment virtually locked down similar to COVID times. No trams or trains or busses. Beaches closed and the cyclone caused havoc with trees uprooted and floods. The last 2days the weather improved. Sad but so pleased we booked at these apartments.
