Good stay for our family...

Liked: The accomodation was great with lots of room for the kids. The full kitchen was great as was the laundry and the 2 bathrooms.
Disliked: The upstairs kids area could do with a refurb. The kids couch was dusty and had some stains. The ladies at the front were lovely. The male manager was very unfriendly and at times rude. This seemed to improve by the end of the trip however it was very off putting. The pool area could do with a refurb as could the games room as both were a little dated. The equipment to hire for the lagoon was fantastic as were the tennis courts and the gym area. The grounds were lovely and the location to the Hastings river was great for fishing with a jetty just across the road. Great coffee a short stroll and Aldi a short 5 mins drive down the road. I wasn’t aware of the utilities charge which is put on the credit card at the conclusion of the stay. I have never had to pay that before in any of my holiday stays. The signs in the rooms about not losing the control to the tv or they will charge for a replacement TV were a little passive aggressive and could’ve been worded better. All in all though a great stay for myself and my 3 kids.

Liked: It is a great property, especially if you just want to do nothing. The pool is inside so great in all kinds of weather
Disliked: The Sauna was not working. Mosquitoes are in abundance.
