Great overall stay

Liked: I liked the location as my business expo was at the convention centre and I liked the size of the apartment and different spaces. I loved the pool and spa.
Disliked: My wifi wasnt working in my room and had to have staff come up and try sort and spent first day using wifi that I couldnt use in the entire apartment. From second da onwards I was able to use a different wifi but still was not sorted for my actual room before the end of my stay. And it didnt reach outside of the room. So I couldnt take my laptop and do any business by the pool

Liked: Assistance of late staff on arrival to get TV reception sorted
Disliked: Inattendance of front office staff. Light fittings need cleaning. Maintenance issues in bathroom.

Liked: Location and facilities were good. Staff were nice and pool/spa was lovely.
Disliked: We travelled with a large group so we were in multiple rooms on different floors. We wish were either all on the same floor, as requested, or had our fob keys synced so we could go to each others floors.

Liked: Lovely quiet comfortable location, with a beautiful swimming pool
Disliked: Not much at all. Tv connection took a day to sort but they were onto it

Liked: Easy parking. Central to shops and a nice walk to the beach. Very friendly staff.

Disappointing with a mix of...

Liked: After finally being moved to a cleaner apartment, we enjoyed the view and the facilities the room offered.
Disliked: We were given an apartment, which at first glance did not fit with the photos shown on the booking website.It was comfortable initially however we found the room had not been cleaned. Long strands of black hair on the toilet seat, bath/shower, and lounge. Ants all throughout the bedroom floor. At the side of the bed, "body fluid" (will leave to your imagination) stained on the floor boards. It was clear the floor had not been mopped after looking at the soles of our feet.
