Disliked: Very outdated compared to all the other ULTIQA hotels iv visited. The apartment was dirty. Stained chairs, and a little mould in the bathroom. Won’t stay again

Great location and facilities in...

Liked: Fantastic location right by the beach and a block from restaurants etc. Onsite parking and facilities were a plus, and the unit, although dated, was a good size, with a lovely view.
Disliked: The building is old, and our unit wasn't completely renovated, but it didn't impact our enjoyment of the stay. The location more than made up for it.

Lovely spot for a family...

Liked: Amazing view and very convenient location beside the beach, restaurants and trams. Nice indoor and outdoor pools and courts.
Disliked: Didn’t want to leave

Liked: location is top of the tree. View from 'B' unit is exceptional. Room very spacious and comfortable.
