Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: No hand soap, or trash can in the room.

Liked: The studio was clean and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was a wet room with no shower curtain and there was a lot of water on the floor in the corner at the back of the toilet after my shower. When I adjusted the shower head the water headed for the door. The windows couldn´t be opened very far and the room temperature was constantly at 25C.

Liked: The flat surroundings on campus as well as the walking distance to the Retail Park.
Disliked: The staff member that checked me in could have been friendlier. She was one the most unfriendly people I met in Scotland. The other staff members were fantastic.The room temperature control didn't work in my opinion. To lower the temperature, I opened the window, which didn't open properly.

Disliked: Very noisy at times. Insufficient seating No toilet roll provided. Cooking equipment did not work due to a faulty socket. We had an extension lead so plugged in to an adjacent socket.

Disliked: very awkward to get to from airport or city not once did i see a bus stop at the stop near the receptionand nobody seemed to know why . had to walk into town or go to alternative bus stop a walk away .The address given is not near where you check in
