Disliked: Check out was slow

Not good enough

Liked: Near to Woodbridge.
Disliked: Very old and dated inside. Reception is horrible. Corridors and stairs feel like an old hospital.Pool and changing rooms are very old and need renovating - everything felt very slimy. Pool is over-chlorinated. Room was dated and bits of wall falling off.

Young couples are not welcome....

Great location with lovely walks...

Liked: Breakfast and dinner was lovely. Room clean and bed comfortable. Location great for a nice walk into Woodbridge along the river.
Disliked: The provided toiletries do not smell great...like stale cigarette ash. There should be a net curtail for more privacy in room 208. We have stayed here a few times and the other rooms have these.

Relaxed with good facilities

Liked: Nice, relaxed location with friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The swimming area needs attention. Looks like work was being done in some places and other areas didn’t appear to be cleaned often (sauna).
