Perfectly fine, but nothing special....

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and there was ample parking available. The golf course also looked of decent quality.
Disliked: The room was rush cleaned - dust in a lot of areas, stain on the bath mat. Sadly the place on the whole looked pretty run down and generally not well cared for.

Liked: I asked for a room on first floor but got a rather gloomy one on ground floor
Disliked: Lighting could have been bettee. Shower was v high up and unadjustablr

Disliked: Rooms were tired along with bathroom.

Liked: Lovely setting and close to other places of interest.
Disliked: The dining area was a little functional, but it was Easter, so it probably had to be. Ran out of coffee cups so using takeaway cups.

Absolutely fabulous! Love love love!

Liked: Loved loved loved the location! I had low expectations as I always stay in small boutique hotels. This is my first big chain hotel stay and it was fabulous. The room was large, clean and tidy, plus it had a balcony overlooking the green with lots of trees. Stunning view! The staff, wow your staff deserve recognition. They are lovely, friendly and helpful, really lovely. The food, we loved it and it exceeded my expectations by a mile! Your kitchen staff are really very very good! I would say it’s even better than some posh restaurants we’ve been to. Honestly, super duper compliments to you all! We will return soon. Love, Gail & her bestie Beverley xox

Disliked: The facilities weren’t clean . The swimming pool was dirty. Nothing was clear or explained.
