Cosy little place in an...
Liked: Great, small, atmospheric hotel in a 14. cent. townhouse, right by the Old Town Main Square and close to the subway\metro. Nice young ladies at the 24hr reception desk. Simple all-you-can-eat breakfast included.
Disliked: No air conditioning, just a fan, so it'd be risky to live there during summer, when it's over 30 C.

Passable
Liked: Very old and beautiful building right on Old Town Square. The very centre of old Praque.
Disliked: The hotel would need massive financial investment. Everything looks very old and not very clean inside. Think that since early 90's nobody spent a penny on that building, which is something, what that place would massively deserve.

Authentic nicely located hotel
Liked: Lovely authentic hotel in the very middle of Prague with all the highlights at a walking distance, just around the corner of the old square.Taxi pick-up at the train station well arranged ahead. Taxi was waiting for us.It's good to realize the hotel doesn't have an elevator and some rooms are on the 3rd floor. Steep staircase. It's definitely a location we would love to come back to. However there are some (minor) issues which could easily be fixed to turn this into the perfect stay.
Disliked: Towel management for sustainability. However when you do leave the towel on the hook it still gets changed every day.Nice room which would have plenty of space for a coatrack near the door, this really lacks, especially with wet coats.Breakfast is good, but at busy times the breakfast rooms is too small for all guests. We encountered a lack of enthusiasm from a receptionist: went out for a coffee so we couldn't enter the hotel for almost 10 min. When asking for directions to go to a place by public transportation, we were advised to use GoogleMaps. Indeed it is possible to replace a receptionist by GoogleMaps and all kind of other apps (even for payment), but that's not the purpose of having a receptionist in person around. Coming form the Hospitality Educational Industry I was a bit disappointed here. Missed opportunities in my opinion.
