Liked: Sarah and the Saturday manager were responsive, friendly and helpful.The location was superb and I am grateful they allowed us to have our four legged friend.Linen was clean.The bed in the main room was very comfortable.Good storage space and fully equipped kitchen.
Disliked: The facilities are run down, the tennants upstairs very noisy until late at night. The slat bed had missing/broken slats. The carpets need to be washed and mould cleaned from the bathroom.

Disliked: very cold in lounge room. there was a heater but it was useless. extra blankets smelt musty.you could hear the people in the unit above like they were in the same room.
