A cosy room in the...

Liked: Perfect central location, right in the centre of the main square. The window looked out onto the square so that I could see both the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The bed was very comfy with super soft pillows . The room was cosy and warm , which was perfect as the evenings in Granada during March were quite cold.
Disliked: Because of the location it was noisy even into the early hours of the morning,which might bother some people.

Great location and nice rooftop

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, close to the main attractions and the hotel staff can call for taxi if you want to go further. They also have a very nice little rooftop with great city views which I really recommend to visit if you are staying there.
Disliked: They only provide a single bottle which was shampoo and body wash, no conditioner so my hair was a bit dry after a shower. I asked the staff in advance if they provide laundry service and they told me they contract with a company and do laundry for 30 euros per bag. When I got there I found out that they only do laundry on weekdays and I was only staying for the weekend so I couldn’t get my laundry done. I wish they would’ve told me that sooner.

Excellent location, adequate facilities.

Liked: Staff extremely friendly. Excellent location on plaza near the cathedral. Lovely communal terrace overlooking plaza. Quiet considering location, although you could hear neighboring guests.
Disliked: I would not recommend the Breakfast- very little there. Could not get a decent cup of coffee. Room very small, even by European standards, not even a chair.
